When can I join SRL?
Anytime! We are always on the lookout for new members throughout the year. However, we highly recommend joining during our Fall or Spring recruitment campaigns, which occur at the beginning of each semester. Joining during these periods ensures that you’re not the only new member, and it allows us to bring everyone up to speed together. During these campaigns, we organize orientation sessions and training workshops designed to integrate new members smoothly into our team.

What is the time I’m expected to put into SRL?
Depending on the team you would be joining, you can expect to spend between 3 and 10 hours a week working on various tasks. We hold all team meetings once a month and team specific meetings happen once or twice a week. At the end of the day, how much work you put in is up to you.
