Welcome to CU Boulder Sounding Rocket Lab!

Steps to officially join SRL:

1. Join the Slack (and join any channels that interest you!) Make sure to use a colorado.edu domain email.

   • Feel free to reach out to one of the current Team Captains once there! We understand it can be a bit overwhelming, but are always available to help orient and get you up to speed!

2. Fill out the SRL Participation Waiver and save it as a PDF (Submit on step 6) Note: This must be completed annually

3. Take the EHS training Note: This must be completed annually

   This free course is focused on the proper disposal and handling of hazardous waste. It consists of a PowerPoint and a short quiz it is expected to take 15-45 minutes.

   • Log into EHS BioRAFT here

   • Navigate to Training->Course Directory

   • Under Chemical Safety, complete Lab Safety and Hazardous Waste Generator Training (Web)

   Once you have completed the course, please request PDF confirmation of your completion and submit it in step 6.

4. Join SRL on Campus Groups

5. Create an account on our Monday server

6. Fill out this form and submit your EHS certification and waiver.

7. Message the person in charge of the team you are interested in to get involved!
